Camp Cookware

Camp Cookware

As we're sure with most of you we have spent a lot of time refining our setup and the gear we bring with us. Our camp kitchen setup especially is constantly evolving, however the one constant has been our tried and true Coleman Camp Stove. Its not fancy, its not the latest and greatest but it gets the job done and has never let us down.
Next up we have plates. Paper plates used to be our go to as they are easy and require no clean up. That was until we tried the Sea to Summit Delta plates. The biggest benefit to using these is that no matter how hot the food they keep your hands from getting burned when using them! The small handle helps those of us who are less graceful from spilling our food... Yup that's me.
I am a big fan of non stick cookware especially at camp. The GSI Pinnacle fry pan fits the bill nicely. Cleanup is super easy and the foldable handle makes packing it easy.
For utensils  we use the Uco Utility sporks. Again, easy clean up, compact and they store away nicely.
The next item has been an absolute game changer for the way we cook, heat and pack for our adventures. The 5lb propane tank. We used to buy the green bottles and pack them all over the jeep to cook and heat with but the 5lb tank has changed all that. We have it filled at our local BBQ store and we get a true 5lbs of propane that lasts FOREVER. Or it seems that way. Yes I know you can refill the green bottles but this is so much better and safer.
